Responsibilities: The marketing intern will be responsible for assisting all the specialty marketing and public relations efforts as we prepare for our busy fall book launch season: The intern will:
Qualifications: Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master's students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience. Candidates must be available to work 28 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from June 8 to August 13, 2026. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory in-office days at our Nashville headquarters, while Mondays and Thursdays are remote workdays. Compensation for this internship is $18 per hour. Basic understanding of the Christian faith is preferred Retail experience especially in a book or gift store setting is helpful, but not required College junior or senior majoring in business, communications, English, journalism, marketing, public relations or related fields Understanding of various social media platforms Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of social media and its benefits for marketing purposes Graphic design experience a plus HarperCollins Publishers is a company full of people who are passionate about books.
