ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND:NHT has a staff of 60+ across five program areas: Policy, Lending, Real Estate Development, Community Outreach and Impact, and Energy Solutions. POSITION:The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate needs and work efficiently under pressure. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to keep multiple moving parts synchronized in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires being in NHT’s office in DC at least 2–3 days per week.
