Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment. Proficient in using Agility or similar agile project management tools. Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
