Job Summary Amazon is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Pickers and Packers . This entry-level role is perfect for candidates looking to start their career in logistics, supply chain, or operations. As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, providing opportunities for growth and skill development. Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick items from shelves based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Pack products securely and safely to prevent damage during transit. Label packages and prepare them for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, scanners, and other tools, safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets. Follow all safety protocols and quality standards in compliance with Amazons guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills for scanning and tracking inventory. Experience No prior experience required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory. Working Hours Full-time and part-time shifts available. Flexible schedule options including morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Overtime may be required during peak periods.
