Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and timely
• Maintain vendor records and resolve payment inquiries with a customer-first mindset
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approvals
• Support audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A service mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Open to entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must have some previous accounting knowledge
