A leading architecture and design firm is seeking a seasoned Architecture/Healthcare Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of healthcare architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and design excellence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to drive cohesive execution.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and compliance with healthcare regulations, safety codes, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • Proven experience managing healthcare design projects with a deep understanding of MEP, structural, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and project management platforms like Jira or Deltek.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., AIA, NCIDQ, PMP) are highly preferred.

Location: Seattle, WA – Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

S alary: $100,000 – $157,000 (DOE)
