What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee and direct all dealership departments: New & Used Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance
  • Develop and drive department goals, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture aligned with Preston standards
  • Hire, mentor, and retain top-tier managers and staff
  • Ensure a smooth and profitable daily operation while maximizing customer satisfaction
  • Build strong community and manufacturer relationships to elevate dealership visibility and reputation

Requirements:

What You Bring:
  • 3–5+ years of proven leadership as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in a retail automotive environment
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience with dealership software platforms (e.g., CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
  • High energy, integrity, and the ability to inspire and lead a results-driven team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and accountability
