Walt Massey Auto Group is looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead our Columbia campus—home to Chevrolet GMC, CDJR, and Ford dealerships. This is a rare opportunity to run three franchise stores on one property with full support from a rapidly growing auto group that values innovation, leadership, and customer relationships.

Your Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee sales, service, finance, and fixed operations across all three rooftops. You’ll be responsible for driving profitability, developing talent, optimizing inventory , and maintaining a culture of excellence in customer experience.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on complexity, knows how to unify diverse brand strategies, and can balance performance with people.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop teams across Chevrolet GMC, CDJR, and Ford dealerships.
• Drive top-line sales performance and bottom-line profitability.
• Ensure world-class service and a unified customer experience across all brands.
• Manage inventory and pricing strategies with data-backed precision.
• Build strong OEM relationships and ensure manufacturer performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align campus operations with company-wide objectives.
• Foster a performance-based culture with clear accountability and team recognition.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader in a multi-franchise or high-volume store.
• Strong knowledge of all dealership operations: sales, service, F&I, and fixed ops.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, analytics, and digital retail platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
