Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields such as foreign languages.
2. At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
3. Strong market research and analytical skills, cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities, with a meticulous and detail-oriented work approach. 1、Collect market consumption trends, competitor dynamics (price systems, channel strategies, promotional activities, etc.), and policy and regulatory information, identify channel opportunities, and propose feasible expansion plans.

1. Break down sales targets for key markets based on departmental goals, and develop channel expansion plans. Identify and develop distributors, agents, and retail terminals that align with the brand positioning, complete contract negotiations and signings. Design channel incentive policies to drive partners to achieve sales targets.
2. Collaborate with the marketing department to execute brand promotion activities, enhancing terminal sales and brand visibility.
3. Analyze channel sales data, monitor channel inventory levels, and ensure reasonable turnover.
4. Provide feedback on market demands and product improvement suggestions, assisting in product R&D iterations.
