Part-Time Behavioral Support Coordinator

Location: Brain Balance of Nashville
Job Type: Part-Time |  Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour
Schedule:   Afternoons/Evenings (Mon/Tues/Thurs),  No weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guiding kids through fun, structured activities that improve focus, behavior, and learning skills.
• Motivating students with positivity and encouragement while keeping sessions on track.
• Collaborating with your team to tailor each student’s plan for maximum progress.
• Keeping a calm, growth-minded atmosphere where every child feels supported.

Who You Are

• You have experience (or strong interest) in  education, special education, ABA, behavioral intervention, or child development .
• You’re currently pursuing or already have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• You’re calm under pressure, organized, dependable, and — most importantly — great with kids.
• You’re available  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM.

Schedule & Location

• Part-time: about 12–16 hours/week
• In-person only at our Nashville location
• Never work a weekend — ever.
