Full-Time | On-Site | MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

Some weekends required during peak season (MarchJuly)

Reduced hours (30-35/week) during off-season (SeptDec)

We are looking for a dependable, bilingual Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and values accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.

What Youll Do:

• Support HR functions: onboarding, employee files, payroll data input, evaluations
• Maintain compliance with state & federal employment laws
• Provide administrative support and uphold internal company policies
• Track PTO, timecards, employee hours, and assist with Workers Comp reporting
• Welcome office visitors and answer incoming calls
• Maintain office supplies, mail distribution, and cleanliness schedules
• Assist with H-2A worker documentation and seasonal compliance
• Help communicate policies and internal updates in both English & Spanish

What Were Looking For:

• Bilingual Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
• 2+ years in HR support or administrative role
• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with H-2A processes is a plus
• Comfortable working in a greenhouse/agriculture setting
