Position OverviewHarmony ABA Centers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director. This leadership position combines clinical expertise with team development and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring staff, maintaining high standards of clinical integrity, and driving quality outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Oversee program quality, ensuring compliance with BACB, state, and insurance guidelines.
- Lead staff training, performance reviews, and clinical meetings to promote growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and ensure progress.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and state regulations.
Qualifications - Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Eligible or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff and overseeing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX prior to employment.
Work ScheduleFull-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required.
