Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)
$65,000–$70,000
Our client is on the lookout for a curious and motivated professional to join their insights team as an Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of researchers, strategists, and data experts who are passionate about understanding people and helping brands make smarter decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the execution of custom research projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Analyze data and uncover insights that inform brand strategy and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on both large and small accounts.
- Help craft compelling stories from data using visual tools like PowerPoint.
- Engage directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Math, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related)
- Entry-level or early-career professional
- Internship or other relevant work experience preferred
- Naturally curious about people, brands, and what drives decision-making.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A team player who values collaboration and diverse perspectives.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring accuracy.
