Business Development Manager – Real Estate Sales

Compensation: Top performers earn between $96,000 – $138,000 annually (base salary + attainable commissions)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary

GoldenWest Management is looking for a driven, relationship-focused salesperson with a background in  residential real estate to join our growing team.

As a  Business Development Manager (BDM) , you’ll connect with property owners to help them see the value of partnering with a professional property management company like GoldenWest. You’ll make lasting first impressions, build meaningful relationships, and help property owners take the next step toward better performance and peace of mind.

Over time, our top BDMs become trusted advisors and key contributors to GoldenWest’s long-term client success stories. This role is both a  filter (protecting the company from misfit clients) and a  magnet (attracting the right ones).

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads
• Attend real estate networking events, mixers, and office visits to build local presence
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate partners to drive referrals
• Execute outbound strategies to develop new business opportunities
• Meet with and educate qualified prospects on our property management services
• Qualify and convert prospects into clients
• Complete onboarding forms and documentation for new properties
• Maintain an active, organized pipeline in our CRM
• Learn company policies, procedures, and relevant real estate laws
• Follow up consistently and nurture long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator and confident presenter (in person, on the phone, and over email)
• Skilled in consultative, relationship-based sales
• Experience in  residential real estate preferred
• Real Estate License preferred but not required
• Responsive, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using CRM and standard tech tools
• Fast learner who delivers consistent results

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly base salary $5,000
• Monthly bonuses and commission opportunities

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required to attend meetings and events.
