As a BDR, you'll be on the front lines, creating new opportunities and fueling our sales team's success. This is a high-impact role where you'll get to:
Make Connections: Identify and reach out to potential clients using a variety of cutting-edge tools and platforms. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Spark Conversations: Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social selling to understand their needs and present our solutions.
Drive Growth: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and build a strong pipeline that directly contributes to our company's revenue.
Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with our awesome sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and maximize conversion rates. You'll work closely with sales teams to set meetings with qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition.
Be a Data Rockstar: Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Shape Our Strategy: Your insights and feedback on market trends will help shape our sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Win as a Team: Develop collaborative strategies with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
What You'll Bring:
A High School Diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant experience is a plus!)
Bonus points for previous experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person!
A self-starter mentality with a passion for achieving results.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where things change quickly.
