About You Join Coverflex as one of our first BDRs as we expand our sales team for the Italian market. We seek a top hunter BDR who excels in prospecting and engagement and thrives in a high-activity environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to our growth with strong sales expertise and relationship management skills. Must Haves You can conduct exploratory lead research and transform that lead into a concrete opportunity. You are not afraid of hearing \'No\' from a lead. You continually explore new ways to open doors when the main door is closed. You have an iterative and curious mindset with an entrepreneurial approach: you bring solutions, not only identify problems. You are a go-getter and self-driven to improve processes and outcomes. You value progress over perfection and know where to invest time for impact. Fluent Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent English. Internal communication is in English. Hubspot experience is a plus; effective CRM use is required. Nice To Haves Experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR in tech, especially with HR or Finance ICPs. Sales ability and drive to reach SMBs through multiple outreach methods. Benefits market experience is a plus. The Role As a BDR, you will create new opportunities and deals through prospecting channels. Main Responsibilities Generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives via cold calling and other prospecting channels, primarily by phone. Maintain and enrich the CRM (Hubspot). Align with the sales and growth teams on ICPs and target prospects; leverage databases, events, tools, and methodologies. Re-engage dormant or non-active deals. Analyze reasons for closed-lost leads and feed insights back to growth and sales teams. Your targets will be based on activity (input) and demo bookings/revenue (output). Salary On-Target Earnings (OTE) range from €30,000 to €40,000, with a fixed-to-variable ratio of 70/30. Benefits include welfare, meal allowance, and other perks.
