The Pavilion at Kenton is seeking a Business Office Manager. This position plays a key role in financial operations and employee support in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee billing, AR/AP, and resident trust accounts
• Manage onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits
• Support the Administrator with weekly and monthly reporting
• Maintain compliance with state and federal employment requirements
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a long-term care business office
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
