Our client,Michigan Medicine, is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their team. As a Procurement Administrator, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (On-Site)

Pay Range: $22-26/hr. - WEEKLY PAY

What's the Job?

• Verify the accuracy of purchasing requests submitted via Service Now Purchasing Form.
• Enter ePro requisitions via M-pathways/Marketsite system and/or charge to a Pcard.
• Process requests for the purchase, storage, and release of desktop and network equipment.
• Maintain descriptions of stock hardware items in Service Now and Corrigan Systems.
• Act as a departmental contact for issues related to purchase orders and payment of invoices to vendors.

What's Needed?

• Experience with the University of Michigan Procurement process, specifically processing ePro Req requests in Peoplesoft.
• Familiarity with Service Now is desirable.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist HITS employees and others regarding purchasing policies and procedures.
