Customer Support Opportunities – Auto Finance Company (2 Positions Available)

Interviewing for both roles – final placement will be determined by the hiring manager.

Customer Care Representative

• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• One late night/week: 9 AM–6 PM
• One late Friday every 4 weeks + 1–2 Saturdays/month: 8 AM–12 PM
• Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding account assistance, payment options, title requests, website login issues, and general inquiries.

Customer Accounts Representative

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Two late nights/week: 11 AM–8 PM (never on Fridays)
• 1–2 Saturdays/month: 8 AM–12 PM
• Responsibilities: Light collections role focused on contacting customers who are 1–29 days past due on payments.

Desired Skills

• Financial services or auto finance experience
• Call center or customer service background
• Strong data entry and communication skills

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Best: Bachelor's OR Associates

Avg: 1-2 years of professional work experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
