ASSISTED LIVING/MEMORY CARE Caregiver – The Gallery at Spokane We are growing and need additional staff in our state-of-the-art assisted living community. We are seeking outstanding caregivers to join our team at our community of The Gallery at Spokane.   • Caregiver positions $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and shift.

Job Description Our Resident Assistants provide direct care services to residents in accordance with their service plan. We emphasize the importance of every care to be provided with a smile; being gentle and friendly while promoting professionalism and respect of every resident’s dignity and privacy is what sets our community apart! Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality resident care as determined by the service plan.
  • Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them.
  • Properly charting notes per resident and being able to understand their needs.
  • Assisting with administrative work in the Health & Wellness department, as determined by Health & Wellness Director.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
  • Current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
  • Has a great love and compassion for working with senior population.
  • Possesses a current active certification (CNA or HCA)
