Job Title: Carpenter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team for projects located around Cleveland, Lorain/Elyria, down to Akron/Canton, and out to Ashtabula. Our projects primarily involve commercial buildings such as apartments and stores, focusing on rough framing, measuring, cutting, and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough framing using metal stud framing and occasionally wood framing.
• Accurately measure and cut materials according to project specifications.
• Execute finish carpentry tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in commercial carpentry.
• Proficiency in metal stud framing.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in rough carpentry.
• Knowledge of framing with metal and wood studs.
• Finish work experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with grid/tile ceilings is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fairport Harbor, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $45.00/hr.
