Overview Cintas is seeking a Category Manager L1 to manage sourcing strategy to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders. Analyze category spend to initiate restructuring of the vendor base to achieve cost savings goals. Evaluate the current supplier base. Manage supplier performance and risk mitigation. Analyze should be costing to gain best product value. Seek continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products within assigned product categories. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
