We are hiring motivated individuals to join our Community Outreach & Charity Events Team as Charity Event Assistants . In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through event coordination, fundraising initiatives, and direct community engagement .
This is an entry-level position with paid training —no previous experience in nonprofits or events is required. If you’re passionate about helping others and want to build professional skills in event management, community outreach, and donor engagement , this is the perfect place to start.
As part of our events and outreach team, you will play a key role in supporting nonprofit campaigns and public fundraising events. Daily responsibilities may include:
Assisting with the planning, setup, and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.
Helping with event logistics such as registration, signage, volunteer support, and on-site operations.
Engaging directly with donors, supporters, and the public to share nonprofit missions and encourage participation.
Managing event materials, promotional displays, and supplies to ensure smooth execution.
Collecting and maintaining supporter and donor data for follow-up and reporting.
Working with nonprofit partners and internal teams to achieve event success.
Participating in training workshops to strengthen your skills in fundraising, outreach, and event marketing.

Are 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
