About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and results-oriented President/CEO to lead as the face of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing relationships, as well as increasing the visibility of the credit union industry. This role demands a leader who is dedicated to the credit union movement, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has an extensive network that can be leveraged to further the mission of credit unions. The President/CEO will be a thought leader, engaging in speaking and networking events, and will ensure that the organization remains at the forefront of industry innovation, providing cutting-edge news and information. As the leader of a small, fully-remote, and highly collaborative team, the President/CEO will be actively involved in daily business operations, and will be expected to inspire top performance, develop individuals, and hold the team accountable for successful business performance. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in the credit union industry, with at least 7 years of professional experience, and will be adept at translating knowledge into solutions that drive growth and benefit partners. This is a demanding role that requires a passion for the industry, a commitment to the organization's mission, and the ability to create an environment focused on offering solutions, opening doors, and connecting others.
