About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for one of its facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies, as well as providing timely and accurate financial information to the corporate office. The CEO will also be involved in enhancing the hospital's visibility in the community, particularly in the areas of mental health and substance abuse. This role involves supervising the leadership team and acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees. The role requires the ability to express ideas effectively in various situations and to work collaboratively to find solutions to problems.
