SEARCH MANDATE: Our private equity client is seeking the right Chief Executive Officer to lead one of its portfolio companies, a multi-site services business. The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods.

COMPENSATION: A competitive salary, annual bonus, and wealth-building equity grant make for a compelling economic opportunity.

• End Market: B2B
• Revenue Range: Mid-market
• Hold Period: Exit planned for 2027
• Deal Structure: Control buyout

INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale.

• Drive organic revenue growth through sales and marketing
• Improve margins through execution excellence and cost controls
• Expand relationships with national accounts customers and expand share of key end markets

THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Today, the sponsor has over $5B in AUM.

CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:

• Business Model : Multi-site services
• Functional : Top commercial leader of a $100mm multi-site services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $200mm-$750 in revenue
• Orientation :Strong leader rooted in operational and commercial excellence
• Private Equity : Required
• M&A : Solid integration experience required
• Tenure : 20-35+ years of progressive career success
