Kaci Noland:

• Time with Bandera: 1.5 years.

• Prior Experience: Office manager at a farm, ranch, and gun auction.

• Passionate About: Devoted to her kids and family life.

Trent Norris:

• Time with Bandera: 2.5 years.

• Prior Experience: Former business owner.

• Passionate About: Active in church, enjoys family vacations, spending time in nature, and working out. A dedicated fan of the UT Longhorns.

Darren Allman:

• Time with Bandera: 1.5 years.

• Prior Experience: Former Athletic Director and Head Football Coach.

• Passionate About: Loves cooking and traveling with family, as well as hunting, fishing, and golfing with friends.

Chris Johnson:

• Time with Bandera: 2 years at Bandera Financial.

• Prior Experience: Prior spent 29 years in the auto industry.

• Passionate About: Married for 28 years with three children (all college graduates) and two granddaughters. Enjoys volunteering at church, being part of a men’s Christian small group, golfing, and playing pickleball. Sports fan of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, and Texas Longhorns.

Levi Duca:

• Time with Bandera: 5 years.

• Prior Experience: Law enforcement.

• Passionate About: Loves camping, boating, coaching his children in sports, coaching football, and staying active through weight training and running.

Patrick Samuels:

• Time with Bandera: 10 years.

• Prior Experience: College student at Texas State University prior to joining Bandera Financial, where he found his career path.

• Passionate About: Dedicated to faith, family, and fitness. Enjoys spending time with loved ones, working out, and competing on the basketball court.

Jason Scott:

• Time with Bandera: 18 years.

• Prior Experience: Graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.

• Passionate About: Strong faith, committed to health and fitness, and embraces a growth mindset. Enjoys learning and helping others reach their goals.

About the Role: Client Advisors provide guidance on supplemental health and life insurance products (cancer, heart, ICU, accident, and life with Return of Premium). You’ll build relationships with individuals, community leaders and business owners, engage clients through one-on-one and group sessions, and use our advanced CRM to streamline communication and referrals. We support your success with industry-leading training, a unique advance pay structure, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability with reliable transportation (required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Grit, coachability, and self-motivation

• Evidence of past success in sales, business development, entrepreneurship, or athletics (preferred)

• Ability to simplify complex decisions for clients

• Team-oriented with long-term vision and accountability

Required Licensing: General Lines – Life & Health License required (or ability to quickly obtain if hired).

Work Environment - Hybrid: Offering flexibility to work remotely and on-site, with training and support through our offices across Texas.
