Accel Therapies is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Victorville, CA to lead assessments, develop data-driven ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, deliver parent training, and maintain 30 billable hours/week across center- and home-based services with hybrid WFH flexibility. The role requires a master’s degree, active BCBA certification, experience with autism/developmental needs, and comfort with electronic data collection; Spanish is a plus.
