Job Description

As a Mid-Level Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. + Leverage Azure and AWS cloud platforms to build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize cloud infrastructure. + Ensure seamless integration with existing systems. + Troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues. + Automate IT administrative related tasks. + Continuously improves the reliability and performance of cloud environments. + Ensure the stability and security of the systems you manage. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field. + Practitioner level cloud certification such as: AWS-CCP (AWS) or MTA (MS Azure) preferred. + 4-6 years of experience working with infrastructures and 2-3 years of experience with vendor cloud platforms. **Other Job Specific Skills** + Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automating deployments, managing cloud resources, and streamlining workflows. + Familiarity with execution of automation tools, including Terraform and Ansible, which provides for managing infrastructure as code. + A strong understanding of cloud security best practices, networking concepts, and monitoring tools. + Enhanced analytical and problem-solving skills. + experience in cloud migration projects, multi-cloud environments, or hybrid cloud setups. + DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes will be highly beneficial. + Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement proactive solutions. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency. + Outstanding communication, project & priority management, and collaboration skills. + Knowledge of information life-cycle management concepts and best practices. **Compensation Ranges** Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience.
