Role Overview The Good Eating Company is looking for a Coffee Shop Manager who doesn’t just serve coffee—they craft experiences. Based in Mountain View California, you’ll lead our café team, inspire creativity, and bring innovative coffee ideas to life. From signature drinks to seasonal specials, your passion for coffee artistry will set the tone for our customer experience. As Coffee Shop Manager, you’ll have the freedom to innovate, lead a passionate team, and make a lasting impact in the Mountain View community. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire baristas, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and customer care. Develop unique coffee creations and seasonal menus that delight and surprise our guests. Train and mentor staff on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence. Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Engage with the local community, building relationships and creating a welcoming café environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and consistency. Operational know-how, including scheduling, inventory, and financial awareness. Knowledge of coffee trends, brewing methods, and latte art.
