About the Role

Schedule: 5pm -130 am

Picture your shift beginning in a pristine cold warehouse, where accuracy and safety set the pace. You’ll navigate aisles with a high‑reach or sit‑down truck, receiving inbound pallets, putting product into reserve, and pulling orders to keep customers supplied. Every move you make supports food safety, inventory integrity, and on‑time shipments.

What You’ll Tackle Each Shift

  • Load and unload trailers efficiently using the right equipment for the task; stage, move, and slot product throughout the facility.
  • Build stable pallets, store and stack merchandise, and pick/assemble outbound orders with careful labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, or repacking as needed.
  • Verify freight accuracy and condition, identifying damage or infestation before product moves forward.
  • Operate sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts, high‑reach trucks, stand‑up straddle trucks, walk‑behinds, and single/double pallet jacks, plus RF scanners—always in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Hit production targets while keeping aisles, docks, and equipment clean and organized.
  • Pitch in on cycle counts and inventory tasks, facility cleaning, and forklift battery changes; take on additional duties as business needs arise.

Experience We Value

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Three (3) months of related warehousing or equipment operation experience preferred.

Physical & Environmental Realities

  • Frequent driving of forklifts; ability to sit, hear, talk, use close vision, and operate controls while handling product with hands and fingers.
  • Occasional use of distance vision; ability to stand, kneel, or crouch as tasks require.
  • Work within spaces that provide 55 inches of headroom .
  • Comfort working in controlled environments from 32°F to −45°F and in outside weather (heat, cold, precipitation).
  • Comfort with heights up to 30 ft. , including accessing elevated product from inside a safety cage.
  • Rebuild pallets; tolerate standing up to 5 hours during an 8-10-12 hour shift ; occasional walking, climbing/balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Lift boxes from 10–55 lbs. from ground level up to 80 inches , and up to 70 lbs. to 50 inches when rebuilding pallets; carry product 6 ft. without mechanical assistance.
  • Wear cold‑protective clothing, boots, headgear, and gloves.
  • Use hands and arms to reach and handle items; talk and hear clearly on radios and with teammates.
  • Vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Forklifts and MHE from leading brands: Hyster, Jungheinrich, Raymond, Crown, and Yale. RF scanners included.

Compensation

The Company’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for this position is $22.50 hourly. Rate may vary based on work location.”
