Job Description
MERJ LLC is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaning Project Managers and Cleaning Professionals to join our team in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in various commercial settings. We have opportunities available for candidates with different levels of experience, including positions requiring 1 year or 5 years of experience. Pay is competitive and based on experience as well as specific jobs. We will discuss this during the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
Conduct deep cleaning duties, including floor cleaning, shampooing carpets, and upholstery.
Carry out routine maintenance tasks and restocking supplies as needed.
Maintain and organize custodial closets and storage spaces to ensure an efficient work environment.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and perform regular equipment maintenance checks.
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
1 year or 5 years of commercial cleaning experience, depending on the position. [Project Managers require more experiece.]
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weight.
Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
Background checks may be required for some positions.
