Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for a qualified and motivated subject matter expert to support the USARPAC JMSC-IP and MTC Enterprise. Support includes team leader, training, operations, and planning support; simulations support; IT, network, and cyber support; and facilities management, logistics, and security support.


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizen
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Minimum BA or BS degree in Information Technology or related field
• IAM Level II and required CE certifications
• 5 years of experience leading technical teams responsible for engineering, installing, operating, protecting, and maintaining Government Information Systems and associated network enclaves
• Two years experience in designing, planning, and implementing experience in planning architectures for LVC and integrated training environments and for stimulation of Army Mission Command Systems in support of Division and Above training events and distributed exercises
• Excellent communications skills and ability to brief senior leaders in layman's terms
• Experience with modeling and simulation systems and concepts; ability to produce technical documents such as network diagrams, systems data flow diagrams, and Simulation-Stimulation architecture
• Knowledge of specific product lines (Cisco, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, and Tripwire)
• Fully understand DoD Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation process and Cyber Security requirements
