SUMMARY:

As a Community Sales Manager with Lokal Homes, you will play a critical role in supporting the new home sales process for our award winning Colorado sales team! This role will partner with the community construction team to sell homes and meet company expectations. Must be flexible on schedule as Saturdays / Sundays are required workdays but will have consecutive days off during the week while providing sales center coverage for our team. A real estate license is NOT required to sell new homes in Colorado. The Community Sales Manager is responsible for delivering an unrivaled customer experience to every Lokal Homes buyer and team member.

What You Will Do Each Day In This Role:

· Sell and close homes using the Lokal Sales Process.

· Contact customers in backlog each week to communicate important updates.

· Submit daily & weekly reports to manager.

· Complete initial & final option selections (if applicable) in accordance to company policy.

· Visit builder competition 1x per month and complete competition analysis.

· Review company sales process & tour with manager.

· Attend scheduled trainings as required.

· Attend community team meetings each Friday as required.

New Home Sales Experience preferred but not required. High end sales or hospitality experience a plus.

Position has annual base salary of $28,392 plus 1.15% commission on new home closings paid monthly. Average annual income for individuals achieving goals is $125,000 to $250,000. A training salary is included during the 90 day new hire "ramp up" period. Excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and 401k available.
