WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position, typically Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Shifts vary based on project needs. You'll report to our central location each morning before heading out to jobs throughout Western and parts of Central NY. Occasional overnight travel may be required for fieldwork.
As our Construction Laborer, you'll work closely with our talented construction crew to bring plans to life-on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. From properly storing materials and loading up trucks, to maintaining a clean site and capturing detailed project documentation, your attention to detail and teamwork will help deliver our Gold Standard experience. You'll represent our brand, uphold quality and safety, and contribute to a healthy and motivated crew culture. Every day is different-and every day counts.
