System One is actively recruiting a Construction Project Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in Minneapolis, MN. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for processing drawings, RFI submittals and project documentation, coordination on all our new build projects within energy supply’s strategic projects group; new wind farms, solar projects, repowers and other major capital projects. Construction Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Will be working from a shared email box/alias, doing a lot of email correspondence, and utilizing OneNote to track the submittals, manage when the due dates are for information to go back to the suppliers. Responsible for driving project coordination, managing deadlines and staying on top of packages of drawing so that nothing's getting forgotten or falling through the cracks. Responsible for staying on top of the drawings; routing to a group of people who have them. Significant amount of coordination and staying on top of deadlines. Prepare packages as there is a component in the department where the project coordinator will do a lot of printing of hard copy large format during sets, more for the support of our substation and transmission groups. Will be printing, gathering large format documentation, getting it packaged up for shipment. In addition, large 11x17 bound books containing drawings and project documentation to send to the construction sites. Will support mainly internal business, however, may be some correspondence back to outside equipment suppliers for the projects. Construction Project Coordinator Requirements: 2-4 years of experience being on a construction job site (Will consider a bit less experience if resource has some type of business/construction management schooling/degree and/or any administrative certifications) Knowledgeable with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote,ProjectWise, Blue beam, or adobe pro experience; modifying PDF files. Experience with RFI’s, correspondence. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. Attention to detail. Project Location: Minneapolis, MN Project Schedule: Standard work hours; Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Monday and Friday are remote if there are no work permits, i.e., no printing, packaging, etc. Contract Duration: 12-Months Hourly Pay Rate: $28.28/hr. Ref: #192-Eng San Antonio (Precision) System One
