Overview The Corporate Communications Manager plays a key role in developing clear, compelling, and consistent internal messaging that reflects our company’s mission, values, and strategic goals. This position requires a strong foundation in corporate writing, with a particular emphasis on HR communications, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Must report on site in Bonita Springs 5 days a week Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives, company culture, and employee engagement. Manage corporate events, member communications and employee handbooks Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content including internal newsletters, executive messages, policy updates, intranet articles, surveys, FAQs, corporate events, and employee handbooks. Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information. Write and create ongoing email communications Manage internal SharePoint sites Support change management efforts by creating communication plans and materials for organizational updates, benefits changes, and new programs. Maintain a consistent voice and tone that reflects the company’s brand and values. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements. Assist in crisis communication planning and execution as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare, PBM, or a regulated industry. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement strategies, and internal communication best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Survey Monkey, MailChimp and internal communication platforms.
