This is not your typical office job—no cold calls or cubicles. You’ll be out in the field interacting with customers, building brand awareness, and creating memorable experiences at high-traffic events.
Provide outstanding customer service at live events , retail activations , and promotional campaigns
Represent major brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
Educate and engage customers through face-to-face interactions
Assist with event logistics including setup, presentation, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and support performance reporting
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and comfortable engaging with the public
Availability on weekends and flexible for rotating shifts
Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
Experience in retail , sales , hospitality , or customer service is a plus—but not required
Paid, hands-on training in customer service, event marketing, and brand representation
