Job Title: Cutting Aerator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cutting Aerator to aerate all pallets of products produced by the press department or other materials as requested. The role involves utilizing SAP ZSCH to maintain and organize the production floor, staging products for die cutting departments, and assisting various departments as needed.

• Aerate all pallets of product produced by press department or other materials as requested.
• Utilize SAP ZSCH to maintain and organize production floor.
• Stage product for die cutting departments.
• Assist PMR and Separating departments when needed.
• Assist die cutting department with transferring of tooling during make ready.
• Cover breaks on die cutting equipment once trained.
• Generally assist throughout department when needed.
• Help to maintain SQF compliance of facility.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain Aerator.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Experience in production and machine operation.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Capability to stand for the duration of shift and lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Basic arithmetic skills to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.
• Ability to perform awkward and/or repetitive movements.
• Capacity to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, and perform other physical tasks.
• Use of both hands and feet for continuous tasks.
• Experience in using various hand and electrical tools and equipment.

The facility operates 24/7 with rotating 12-hour shifts. Employees have the opportunity for overtime and work in areas with fluctuating temperatures. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, and gloves are required and provided. The environment is not climate controlled, ensuring a unique and challenging work setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenixville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Phoenixville,PA.
