Your Responsibilities: Assist with inventory reception from vendors and generate bill of lading for carriers. Assign tasks to transfer and receiving team members to ensure efficient workflow. Create distribution orders using the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). Communicate essential metrics and updates to management and warehouse staff. Collaborate with corporate buyers to guarantee the accuracy of purchase orders. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in order entry, administration, and warehouse settings is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred. Must be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
