Job Overview:

We are looking for a Dedicated Operations Manager to join our Dedicated Operations team. The Dedicated Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that safety, customer, and Driver goals are met or exceeded. This person will drive profitability through contract compliance, expense mitigation, and business growth. They will focus on delivering revenue, operating income, and pretax, review financial statements to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of relevant transportation operation experience required, in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate understanding of finance and process optimization.
• Advanced dispatch experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of Customer Shipments to meet customer needs, serving as customer POC for tactical needs.
• Accurate and timely payroll submitted.
• Accurate and timely billing submitted, work with customer on any issues.
• Interact with drivers handling day to day operational issues, addressing/elevating as appropriate.
• Working with PTL to ensure that equipment is PM'd and repaired as applicable in a timely manner.
• Executing company Safety Programs including Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, and coaching.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• Assist in developing and working towards executing business plan goals.
