Job Overview:

We are looking for a Dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our Dedicated Operations team. The Dedicated Operations Supervisor's main focus will include managing the day-to-day operation of assigned Dedicated Account(s), ensuring that safety, customer, and driver goals are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum two years of relevant transportation operations experience.
• Basic data entry skills accuracy important.
• Intermediate dispatch experience.
• Understanding of financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of Customer Shipments to meet customer needs, serving as customer POC for tactical needs.
• Accurate and timely payroll submitted.
• Accurate and timely billing submitted, work with customer on any issues.
• Interact with drivers handling day to day operational issues, addressing/elevating as appropriate.
• Working with PTL, ensure that equipment is PM'd and repaired as applicable in a timely manner.
• Executing company Safety Programs including Smart Drive, High Risk Driver Reporting, and coaching.
