This position is responsible for directing on-site drilling activities involving pile installation, deep foundation work, soil borings, and specialty geotechnical construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine or civil drilling, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and uphold our commitment to safety, quality, and performance. Learn more at Key Responsibilities Lead all field drilling operations related to pile driving, geotechnical borings, and marine foundations Supervise drill crews, equipment operators, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe work practices Schedule daily activities, coordinate materials and equipment, and ensure alignment with project plans Monitor drilling logs, production data, and soil conditions to adapt plans in real-time Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental permits Provide hands-on support and problem-solving during complex or challenging drilling scenarios Work closely with project management and engineering teams to maintain project timelines and budgets Maintain equipment integrity and manage the mobilization/demobilization of rigs, barges, and support assets Complete accurate documentation including daily reports, site logs, and incident records Mentor team members and promote a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement Qualifications 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or marine drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role In-depth understanding of drilling methods, pile driving, auger and rotary systems, and geotechnical procedures Proficient in reading site plans, borehole logs, and construction drawings Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Knowledge of barge-mounted equipment and marine drilling logistics OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed to project sites Preferred Experience Projects involving deep foundations, marine piles, and offshore drilling Familiarity with soil classification, geotechnical instrumentation, and environmental compliance in coastal zones Experience with drilling in marine environments using crane-mounted and barge-mounted rigs Benefits Health & Wellness: Medical & Dental Insurance, Safety Equipment Provided Compensation: Weekly Pay Cycle, Profit Sharing, Referral Bonus Program, Prevailing Wage Projects Work-Life Balance: Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave Career Development: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Paid Training, Certifications, Apprenticeship/Mentorship Program Technology: Smartphone or Tablet Provided Retirement: 401(k) with Employer Match Relocation Assistance Available Schedule Full-Time | Monday - Friday Work Location Onsite | Project Locations as Assigned Ready to Drill Down into a Leadership Role?
