Position Overview:
Join us for a rewarding, six-month fellowship program, running from July 14, 2025, to December 19, 2025. This is a full-time, paid position, with both remote work options and in-person opportunities available for those local to our office in Billerica, MA.
Your Impact:
This program will be divided into two phases:
Phase 1: July - September ("Back-to-School" Season): As part of the Provisioning Data Services (PDS) team, you will support the 2025-2026 school year by helping our customers with the rostering process for our education platform. In this phase, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with auto-rostering technology to manage rostering needs for school districts across the country.
Communicating with educators to troubleshoot and resolve rostering and technical issues.
Contributing to district-specific projects, ensuring teachers and students are ready for a successful school year.
Phase 2: October - December ("Rotation" Phase): During the second phase, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different teams and projects within the organization. This could include marketing, editorial, product operations, and more! Your placement will depend on team availability and qualifications, allowing you to gain diverse experience and collaborate with industry experts.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is a co-op student or recent college graduate.
Has strong knowledge of Excel, including experience with various Excel functions.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Has a sharp eye for detail and is well-organized.
Has experience in customer service, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Manages time effectively and meets deadlines with ease.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Information:
Pay: $23.00 per hour (non-negotiable).
Fellows will work remotely, with the option of a hybrid in-office schedule for those local to the Billerica, MA area.
There is no guarantee of permanent employment after the program ends.
Benefits:
Temporary employees working 30+ hours per week may become eligible for medical coverage under the Affordable Care Act after a waiting period.
All temporary employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
