Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Engineering Intern will support ongoing projects and daily operations within the Engineering department. This position offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, working closely with experienced engineers to improve processes, collect data, and contribute to technical initiatives that drive efficiency and quality.
Essential Functions:
· Assist in process improvement and product development projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
· Collect and analyze data from production lines or lab testing to support engineering decisions.
· Help develop and update technical documentation such as SOPs, drawings, and specifications.
· Participate in time studies, workflow evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Support troubleshooting of equipment or process issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Maintenance.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the Engineering team.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
