We’re a rapidly expanding marketing and advertising firm hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to join our high-energy team and represent top national brands at retail events and promotional campaigns.

Represent national clients at retail stores, events, and community activations
Help plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns and pop-up promotions
Interact face-to-face with customers to share product knowledge and generate brand interest
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts
Track campaign performance, report customer feedback, and help refine strategy
Collaborate with your team to hit sales goals and performance targets
Attend sales training workshops , coaching sessions, and team-building meetings
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Local candidates with immediate availability preferred
Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude
Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, or team sports are a bonus—but not required!
