Mallolas Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to support our marketing team with social media content and community engagement in the Food & Beverages sector. Location: Remote — United States | Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content across company social media platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support community management initiatives. Track and report on social media analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns and brand guidelines. Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of professional writing, copyediting, or content creation experience (internships count). Must-have: strong AP-style copy editing. Must-have: experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok). Must-have: proficiency with Google Workspace. Must-have: familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar. Must-have: strong attention to detail and time management. $75,000 – $80,000 USD per year, plus benefits. This salary range applies to all U.S.-based applicants; adjustments may be made based on experience and local pay-transparency laws.
