The UHealth-University of Miami Health System IT Department is seeking a full-time Epic Analyst 3 - Cadence. The Epic Analyst 3 - Cadence oversees and leads Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts. Responsibilities include initiating implementation, building, and modifying applications, collaborating with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration, and supporting junior staff in daily operations and issue resolution. Key duties include serving as a primary support contact, designing, developing, and maintaining applications, testing and documenting workflows, analyzing clinical IT processes, and guiding issue resolution. The role involves working with trainers on application updates, ensuring the application meets business and clinical needs, participating in on-call rotations, and attending relevant meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Epic Cadence Certification, at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends is required. Relevant education, experience, and certifications will be considered.
