The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Texas region, with a primary focus on fundraising, external engagement, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional fundraising efforts to secure $15 million annually by 2030, including philanthropic gifts, corporate sponsorships, and public funding. This role requires a senior leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, external affairs, or strategy, preferably in the nonprofit, education, or workforce development sectors. The Executive Director will also serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization in Texas, building and stewarding high-impact relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
