The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong connection to the local philanthropic community, particularly in South Florida. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's health, sustainability, and continued impact. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall performance of the organization, leading the development and implementation of a multi-year strategic plan, and fostering a mission-driven internal culture. Key duties include aligning departmental strategies with the company's mission, leading regional expansion efforts, and serving as a key ambassador to various stakeholders.
